Preface

In a previous article, I shared the 1080P gaming performance test results of the Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB and the GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB. The outcome was a mixed bag with very small margins, resulting in an overall tie.

This article will present a second round of gaming performance comparison between these two graphics cards, increasing the difficulty by using 4K mode. Of course, neither of these cards is capable of smoothly running 4K games, and the purpose of this test is mainly to evaluate and compare the extreme performance limits of the two GPUs.

Test Platform Configuration

The main configurations are as follows:

The processor is a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, the motherboard is a Gigabyte AORUS B650 Elite AX, memory is 32GB DDR5-6000, graphics cards are Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB and GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB respectively, and the storage is a Crucial P3 Plus 4TB SSD.
