Overview
DiskMFR’s first PCIe 4.0 SSD, the S7000 Pro series M.2 PCIe SSD uses a 12nm high-performance control chip with eight NAND channels and supports NVMe 1.4 protocol. The theoretical bandwidth of the data transmission interface is nearly 8GB/s (the PCIe Gen4*4 interface rate is 7.877GB/s).

- DiskMFR S7000 Pro Series M.2 PCIe SSD uses various heat dissipation designs. Double-sided thermal tape with good thermal conductivity is used to fix the heatsink to maximize heat dissipation and save installation space as much as possible, A multi-stage power management design is also used to further reduce heat generation, and a protection design to reduce overheating frequency is used to ensure the SSD operates in a safe temperature range.
- S7000 Pro M.2 PCIe SSD temperature comparison: (1) Under normal circumstances, the temperature is around 40℃. (2) At full load, the temperature is about 60℃.
- The series is equipped with a large DDR4 cache of at least 1GB to effectively improve SSD read and write performance. The measured speed exceeds 7400 MB/s.

For example, it can support Modern Standby (PS0) power saving mode, which can effectively extend battery life and reduce wake-up time, and support PS3/PS4 power saving mode: PS3 <50mW, PS4 <;2mW.
- In terms of data integrity protection, S7000 Pro M.2 PCIe SSD adopts an advanced 4K LDPC error correction algorithm and ECC programmable RAID check algorithm to achieve comprehensive data protection and ensure data integrity and product reliability.
