Recently, Microsoft has repeatedly emphasized that Windows 10 will officially end its support services on October 14 this year, urging existing Windows 10 users to upgrade to Windows 11 as soon as possible. There is a prerequisite for the vertical taskbar function provided by Start11 2.5: the user must have Windows 11 version 23H2 or higher installed. Previous versions such as Windows 11 21H2 and Windows 11 22H2 do not support it.
In addition to providing some new features, Start11 2.5 also fixes several bugs, such as incorrect dragging of taskbar buttons and flickering of the taskbar when hovering the mouse over the custom Start button.
